§ 336

Erzwingung von Sicherheiten

(1) Wird die Verpflichtung zur Leistung von Sicherheiten nicht erfüllt, so kann die Finanzbehörde geeignete Sicherheiten pfänden.

(2) Der Erzwingung der Sicherheit muss eine schriftliche Androhung vorausgehen. Die §§ 262 bis 323 sind entsprechend anzuwenden.
